RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
- The artwork must be in the same condition as shipped
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- Email notification required within 48 hours of receipt
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Artwork must be insured during return shipment
REFUND PROCESS:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your artwork
2. We will provide return shipping instructions
3. Ship the artwork back in its original packaging
4. Full refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the artwork
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Artworks damaged due to improper handling by buyer
- Artworks without original packaging
- Returns initiated after 14-day period
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
CUSTOMS DUTIES:
For international orders, customs duties paid by us are non-refundable. However, you will still receive a full refund of the artwork price.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS):
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2023/2673/EU, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
