Fernand Paul-Louis Rogeron was a French painter born in Paris 22 November 1879. A railroads employee and self-taught artist, he specialized mainly in landscapes. He exhibited in the Salon des Indépendants, the Salon d’Hiver and Salon Chemin de Fer between 1908 and 1947. He died in Nanterre on February 15th, 1952.
This small landscape titled “Matin d’automne, bords de l'Orne” was exhibited in 1928 at the Salon des Indépendants in Paris. Original frame.
