Winckelmann Gallery delivers worldwide in a timely manner and at a moderate cost. Our items are always insured.

The carriers we use most frequently are:  Canada Post, DHL, UPS and FedEx. Should the client wish to use a different carrier, a surcharge may apply. Should the client require an urgent delivery service, an additional cost will apply.

When an item is dispatched, it will contain a bill of sale. A tracking number is also provided so that the client can follow the location of the package throughout the delivery process. In the unlikely event that an item is retained by customs officials when shipped internationally, we will make every effort to resolve the issue to have it released. Winckelmann Gallery will not, however, be responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures. The client will be responsible for any additional tariffs or customs fees, should these apply. Should an item be returned due to an erroneous or incomplete address provided by the client, the client will be responsible for the costs of having the item resent.

Returns: At Winckelmann Gallery, our aim is to always provide our clients with the most accurate description and photo representation possible. Should the client not be fully satisfied with a purchase from Winckelmann Gallery on receipt of the item, it may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund – the client will, however, be responsible for all transportation costs. The item must be repackaged carefully and returned in its original condition. Should the item be returned damaged, the client will be liable for its loss of value.
