Paul Henri Herzmann-Quinet, was a French landscape and portrait painter. He was born in Paris on December 4, 1861, son of Elkan Herzmann, merchant, and Malvina Joseph, seamstress. Later, he was adopted by the landscape painter Charles Henri Quinet (1830-1912), henceforth signing his works with the surname of his adoptive father.

He exhibited regularly at the Salon des Artistes Français and at the Salon d'Hiver in Paris between 1921 and 1940. He had his studio in Montmartre, at 15, rue Hégésippe Moreau.
